AMEN assists with procurement of medicines from appropriate vendors empanelled with AMEN
Doctor on call
A physician visits the facility every week and can be consulted for minor ailments. Can guide seniors to appropriate medical specialists.
Lab services
AMEN manages lab tests required by seniors through empanelled, quality-certified service providers.
Online consultation
Residents can consult empanelled specialists from various hospitals via the NemaClub+ platform from their own home, supported by centre staff.
Health emergency response
BLS (Basic Life Support) certified nurses available on call to manage emergencies — perform BLS/CPR if required

Medicine management
Prescriptions given by consultant physicians are carefully reviewed, medicines procured via a trusted local pharmacy and administered to residents in appropriate doses by duty nurses at a fixed time every day.

Personal care (ADL)
Trained care attendants support seniors in walking, feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing, and grooming activities.

Massage therapy
30-minute massage session every day. Purpose: stimulate the lymphatic system — reducing muscle tension, improving blood circulation, reducing stress, anxiety & depression, and increasing joint mobility & flexibility.

Physiotherapy
An experienced physiotherapist provides sessions on demand or as advised by consultant physicians, with appropriate exercises prescribed for the individual

Hospital accompaniment
In case of hospitalisation, a nurse accompanies and admits the senior to an appropriate hospital. A healthcare attendant may be deployed to stay with the senior throughout the hospitalisation period.


Food Services
AMEN ensures well-being through wholesome, safe meals. All meals are freshly prepared and served at appropriate timings.

Three meals daily
Breakfast, lunch & dinner at appropriate timings. Primarily vegetarian; chicken served once a week. Sweet served once a week.

AMEN continues the NEMA tradition — a unique annual Mango party where residents and staff come together to enjoy the king of fruits
Housekeeping Services
Residents are expected to oversee their own room, just as they would at home.

Daily room cleaning
Brooming, mopping, and dusting of the resident's room every day at a fixed time. Residents are expected to oversee this for their own room. Bedmaking is not included.
DAILY - FIXED TIME

Self-service laundromat
A central laundromat with a series of washing machines and dryers is provided. Residents sort their own clothes. Charged per load.

Laundry collection & delivery
Collection boy collects clothes, washes and dries in machines, and delivers back to the resident's apartment. Clothes are washed unit-wise to avoid cross-infection.

Over 20% of seniors need help with travel, shopping, household management, financial matters, and personal events. As this is an affordable independent living community, seniors are expected to manage most tasks themselves — AMEN assists, and bears no responsibility for third-party service providers
IADL technology support
Seniors are expected to manage IADL independently. For those challenged by technology, volunteers are engaged or a companion can be arranged through NemaClub+.
Shopping assistance
Seniors are expected to shop themselves, but AMEN can depute staff as a companion or guide for shopping trips when needed.
Best for lonley seniors
Travel arrangement assistance
Seniors are expected to book their own taxis. The guard assists with travel arrangements via empanelled vendors and can organise senior group tours. AMEN assists — it is not a travel provider.
Household management & grooming
For seniors who find limited household management difficult (managing clothes, shoes, etc.), AMEN can depute staff or arrange appropriate external vendors.

Move-In Kit items are provided once as a minimum standard. Residents are expected to maintain and replace personal linen and consumables independently thereafter. The Facility Manager may direct replacement of substandard items at actuals.
